About Emil-Lene's Steakhouse in Aurora Emil-Lene's was established in 1958 in Colorado, where the rugged wild west cowboy history of cattle, 10-gallon hats and six-shooters isn't just a theme, but it's served up right on the plate alongside giant steaks and sides of spaghetti. There's no hitching post out front to tie up your Toyota, and the diners boast more bald spots than Stetsons these days. But the grub is cowtown classic and the kitchen a genuine throwback to the days when beef was always what was for dinner.
After all of these years, Emil-lene's still provides a great tender filet. The best thing is, they also include all of the great "sides" with every dish - delicious vegetable tray, spagehtti appetizer, soup or salad with homemade dressings, choice of potatoes and fresh bread with chilled butter. All you have to do is choose your entree!
